In 2025, we decided to metaphorically return to the school benches by forming a collaboration with one of the most prestigious universities in Europe: the Politecnico di Milano. Through this partnership, we will have the opportunity to participate in fairs and events designed to connect those seeking work with those offering it. For us, it will be a direct way to get in touch with the professionals of tomorrow and to seize all the opportunities that will arise to make our workforce even more competitive and to enhance talent within the company.
The collaboration with Università LIUC is also part of the path to strengthening the knowledge base that we have been pursuing at Guffanti for years. And through this partnership, as with the one with Politecnico di Milano, we will have the opportunity to closely follow the educational activities, projects, and results that students will achieve during their academic journey.
