In 2023, we launched the first Welfare Plan dedicated to the people who work at Guffanti. We did this with a clear objective: to improve the work experience of our employees both inside and outside the workplace. To achieve this result, we relied on an excellent strategic partner: the welfare provider DoubleYou, part of the Zucchetti group. Together with them, we created a rewarding and compensation plan for our people that is tailored to the different needs of each one of them. Ethics and Values Ethics and Values

In 2019, our new Ethical Code came into effect. We call it new because it was not the first time we had a document containing our guidelines and ethical principles. But it was the first time we gave it a certain form and the necessary centrality for the company we had become in the meantime. The evolution we have experienced since then confirms how enlightening the choice to guide our actions and our work towards a kind of "behavioral compass" has been. Today, our people are called to refer daily to the principles contained in that Ethical Code, which has guided us since day one and within which lies everything needed to continue being the strong, reliable, and respected group in the market that we have become.

GPeople GPeople

A company is by definition the sum of many things. But above all, a company is the result of the daily interaction of the people who contribute to its success with their work. For this reason, telling their stories also means telling a bit about their company. With this in mind, we launched in 2024 "GPeople": the internal communication project that aims to show, one story at a time, what happens at Guffanti through the words of those who experience it every day.
